Vidu The Realtor ("we", "us", "our") operates this website to provide property guidance and project consultancy services across Sri Lanka, Dubai and Australia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Contact and enquiry form. When you submit the form on our Contact page, we receive the name, email address, phone number (if provided), subject and message you enter. This is sent directly to our enquiries inbox so we can respond to you.
WhatsApp. If you contact us via a "Chat on WhatsApp" link, that conversation takes place on WhatsApp's own platform, governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy — we don't control what WhatsApp itself collects.
Browsing information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and operational purposes.
